tabled version * more compact, robust browsers only

This is the raw forms version of my search page. This one works in most any browser. If your browser can handle it, the tabled version is much neater. Soon I'll have the code, health and sights sections finished and I'll be adding framed and screened versions. These pages will run locally on your machine, just save a copy and open it with your browser when you want to make a search. Some sections may not be fully functional, let me know if you have problems.
